Privacy Policy

Last updated September 17, 2026

PublishHQ (“the app”) is a private analytics tool operated by its owner. It lets a small set of authorized people view analytics for websites they own. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.

Data we access

With your explicit permission through Google's OAuth consent screen, the app requests read-only access to:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — visitors, pageviews and related metrics for properties you select.
  • Google Search Console — clicks, impressions, position and related search metrics for properties you select.

The app also stores metrics it syncs and any revenue or cost figures you enter manually. It never requests write access to your Google account.

How we use it

Google data is used solely to display your analytics inside your private dashboard. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Limited Use

PublishHQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage & access

Metrics are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to fetch your data on your behalf. Access to the dashboard is restricted to allowlisted Google accounts.

Retention & deletion

You can disconnect Google at any time from the Connections page, which removes the stored tokens. To have stored metrics deleted, contact us at malek.el.fayedh1@gmail.com. You may also revoke the app's access from your Google Account permissions.
